I wanted to be the first to welcome you to Number Crunchers. I'm very glad you found us. I realize that we are perhaps a little different from other accounting firms you've known. In a staid profession like accounting we stand out a little. As our name implies, we're really good at the numbers but we strive to be even better at communication and at understanding our clients. We are blessed with many long term relationships that are very meaningful to us. We love what we do and we enjoy the people we get to work with. If I can be helpful to you in any way, please let me know. You can reach me by clicking the contact button below.
Number Crunchers began with the realization that many businesses need CFO and CPA level accounting assistance on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis—adding significant value at just the right time to seamlessly propel and protect a business.
With over 20 years CFO and CPA firm tenure, our founders provide the perspective and guidance that only real-world experience affords. Of course, we have the MBA degrees and accounting certifications. But this isn't where we live. Our goal is to be approachable. Understandable. Refreshingly real. We are not the typical stuffy accountants. We are a fun and easygoing group of people who want to help, no matter what our client’s accounting experience might be.
The exact shape of the relationship is largely designed by our clients' needs and preferences. We can support a company’s in-house staff to produce timely and accurate financials, or we can take a box of receipts & checks and build financials from scratch. No two clients are the same, so our relationship with each client is unique. The key is crafting the best fit together. That usually begins with a free consultation—sitting down with a prospective client to review financials, controls and company goals. From there it becomes very clear how to best work as a successful team. We would be very pleased to meet with you and learn more about your company and how we might assist your financial goals and operational objectives.
People like to say that numbers are the lifeblood of a company. And while this might be true, in our experience the meaning isn't so much in the raw data as in the context of the business that generated the numbers.
Who you are matters. Your specific goals matter. Your operational realities matter. If the numbers don't rise from and give you clarity on these fundamentals, then they are worthless. Or worse, they could lead you in a direction that isn't forward.
Our clients tell us that our gift is in bringing transparency to the accounting process. Helping them understand the numbers and finding the meaning in the context of their everyday realities with an eye toward their aspirations. It's a beautiful thought, isn't it? It gets us up in the morning and drives us to work. We strive every day to live up to that calling.
Our true desire is to help our clients find the magic that comes from confident and timely decisions based on the clarity achieved by understanding the numbers of the business.
We actually talk this way.
